What You Need to Know

Eligibility:

Approved Kensington customers, which include end users (Corporate, K12, Higher Ed, etc.) and Kensington distribution or channel reseller partners.

You must order a minimum quantity of 100 units of Kensington product within the same category of product you are upgrading.

The program is only valid in the United States (“US”) and Canada ("CA"). The Trade in Products must be located in the US or CA.

Upgrade Process:

Trade-in must be a 1-to-1 replacement within the same product category. Receive discounts after submitting qualifying devices in good working condition.

Pricing & Trade-In Value:

Obtain pricing via Kensington's reseller bid process. Trade-in value is assessed based on condition, age, and model.

Recycling/E-waste:

Kensington will recycle your old equipment if you are interested. Kensington will cover freight for 100+ units from a single U.S. or CA location. Program Limitations:

Trade-in discounts cannot be combined with other offers. All decisions by Kensington are final, and the program is subject to product availability.
